ENHANCED RUBBER COMPOUND

Dyne’s rubber is vulcanized under high pressure to increase its density. Additional virgin rubber, extra synthetic materials and thicker lugs all contribute to high durability and excellent resistance to wearing and tearing.

CONTINUOUS STEEL CABLE TRACKS

Our tracks are engineered with continuous cable technology, featuring a carbon forged
steel core instead of the conventional iron core. This eliminates weak points from
overlapping joints and keeps the track from stretching.

SUPERIOR INNER CORE

Enhancements across the entire width, for these big tracks with widths of 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm and 1000mm, improve stability and operator comfort.

TWO LAYERS OF MESH

Dyne rubber tracks use two layers of mesh. One layer improves tensile strength and provides more flexibility in movement. The second layer cushions the pressure and prevents the inner metal core from cutting into the rubber.

DOUBLE LAYER CORE COATING

The internal metal core bonds with the rubber outside. If the bonding process is not processed properly, it can lead to the corrosion of the metal core and cause inner bonding failure.

To prevent this, Dyne rubber tracks use two layers of core coating. The first layer protects the metal core from moisture and corrosion. The other layer improves the adhesion strength between the metal core and the rubber.

WARRANTY

Warranty for Carrier Dumper tracks is a 12-month Limited Warranty. At the discretion of our inspector, a full or partial/pro-rated warranty will be issued for a manufacturer defect or failure outside of normal wear and tear. Shipping is not included.
